Stewardship Team Update
The Board has received the much-anticipated report
from the Colorado State Forest Service
(Forest Health and Protection Division),
which contains the results of the mountain pine beetle study.
The report summarized the research.
The results are very encouraging!
The HOA will continue to partner
with the Colorado State Forest Service on this important work.
The Forest Service supplies its products and labor at very reduced costs, and its contribution has been invaluable.
Executive Board Update
Bill Lacy recently sold his remaining lot
and consequently has resigned his position on the Executive Board.
We have so appreciated Bill’s long-term commitment to and love of
Red Mountain Ranch, which began during his childhood
when he first rode horses on the property.
As both the developer and a Board member,
Bill has consistently worked to make the Lacy/Dow vision a reality
and to sustain it over all these years.
He has generously offered to continue to help RMR in any way he can.
The Executive Board appointed Rich Tocher
to complete Bill’s term.
Rich has been a strong addition to the Board.
